Diane is CEO & Founder of Executive Reporting Services (ERS) headquartered in St. Petersburg, Florida. This independently owned, boutique Florida Court Reporting Service operates throughout Florida. As a women small business owner Diane has combined her love of business, technology and language resulting in a passion over the last 30 years of designing and delivering seminars for personal and professional growth. More than 10,000 people participating have achieved extraordinary performance that deliver breakthrough results. Diane has worked with BLI to deliver business and leadership training to more than 150 childcare business owners, operators and educators in Florida.

Jon Ouellette

Jon is part of the Townsend Consulting team. He has over 30 years’ experience as a Senior Leadership Executive in leading & owning companies including ventures in finance, oil & gas, real estate and the largest Canadian – owned insurance brokerage. Experienced at leadership and corporate vision alignment Jon helps organizations develop engaged performance cultures for fulfilling strategy and breakthrough results. People, systems and structures get re-aligned to reinforce action toward fulfillment of the company’s future. Jon has worked with BLI to deliver business and leadership training to more than 150 childcare business owners, operators and educators in Florida.

Wade Lijewski

Wade serves as Senior Vice President of Practice Integration for Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS). He oversees the organization’s statewide support for Quality, Training, Research & Evaluation, Practice Standardization and Performance of their four business lines: Community Solutions, Child Welfare, Early Childhood, and Behavioral Health Services. In addition, he serves as the CHS Safety Officer and is responsible for the team’s Accreditation and Compliance. Wade serves on the child welfare advisory council for the Florida Certification Board’s Child Welfare Advisory Council and recently served as the Chairman of The Florida Children’s Coalition Subcommittee on Evidence Based Practice Capacity Building.

Mary Nash

Mary serves as Senior Vice President of Operations providing strategic leadership and direction to Children’s Home Society (CHS) regional business growth, in accordance with CHS strategic direction while focusing on the continuous enhancement of operational proficiency and productivity. With twenty years of dedicated and compassionate leadership as a children’s services professional she has extensive experience in both service delivery and organizational management.

Heather Vogel

Heather serves as Chief Talent Officer for Children’s Home Society of Florida, where she focuses on acquiring and developing the highest caliber of professionals committed to doing better for kids. Heather previously provided consulting services in global private practice and booked 20 years of progressive talent leadership with retail, healthcare and telecommunications firms in New Jersey, New York and Florida.

Heather Morgan, APR

Heather serves as Senior Vice President, Communications, Marketing and Engagement for Children’s Home Society of Florida (CHS). She oversees the organization’s communications and brand strategy and implementation. Heather has more than 15 years of experience managing communications for statewide, national and international companies specializing in integrated public relations, strategic communications and brand and reputation management. She joined Children’s Home Society (CHS) in 2006. She has spent more than a decade on the PRSA Board of Directors, including terms as President of Orlando Chapter as well as Chair of the Sunshine District covering Florida.

A certificate of completion will recognize the sessions you have attended. You will receive this certificate following the final session. Pre and post tests will be administered at each topic session.

Each topic session will be delivered by a designated team that includes facilitators with expertise in business and leadership; subject matter experts for each topic and a member of the BLI Mentor Team who is a childcare professional with a deep understanding of the business of childcare.
