Are you up for the next challenge, filled with opportunities for business growth? This series of powerful business and leadership development workshops focuses on the “business of your child care business”. The operating environment that you face as an early learning child care entrepreneur, operator or educator is challenging, especially during these unprecedented times.
The Investing in Your Future training series will take a deep dive into the five most important areas that impact your business performance:
This 12-week virtual training series, held on Zoom, includes instructor-led workshops and follow-up live virtual coaching for each topic. There will also be live in-person coaching sessions where you can expand the conversation and ask specific questions. Training sessions will have both English and Spanish facilitators who are part of a team of subject matter experts and child care business representatives who have experience and expertise in the topic area.
You can register for the entire series or individual sessions based on your needs.
A certificate of completion will recognize the sessions you have attended. You will receive this certificate following the final session. A survey will be administered at each topic session.
